Tamar Valley adds a specific valley, hiking, mountain experience to a Slovenia itinerary. Alpine valley reached from Planica, with a mountain hut and views toward Jalovec. A realistic allowance of about 180 minutes covers the core visit, orientation and a modest buffer. Group it with other places around Rateče to avoid repeated parking, unnecessary transfers or backtracking.
