A deeply incised Dyje River valley of forests, heathlands and cliff viewpoints along the Austrian border. Czechia’s smallest national park protects a remarkably intact river canyon and connects ecologically with Austria’s Thayatal National Park. It is included because it adds a distinctive experience to a realistic Znojmo or regional itinerary rather than acting as a filler stop.
