Moesgaard Museum gives travellers a concrete way to understand part of East Jutland. An archaeology and ethnography museum in a grass-roofed building south of Aarhus. A visit is built around Prehistoric and Viking exhibitions, Grauballe Man, Grass-roofed architecture. The site has enough substance to justify planned time and is practical to combine with other places around Højbjerg, which makes it useful both for a first visit and for a more balanced Denmark journey.
